Added GFO to reactor (1 cup) and changed carbon (2/3 cup)

This was in response to increase of diatom algae on glass and sand bed. Also notice small confined outbreak of canyo on just one small rock. Also noticing small areas of green bubble algae which could be being spread by the Emerald crab.

Kole Tang still doesn't seem to be taking food, he is constantly picking on rocks and glass and seems to be fine.
