I could see some algae growth. I shall perform a substantial water change before introducing my first CUC.

I thinking of raising my salinity to at least 1.026 because this is going to be a reef tank. I'm just using a floating hydrometer. The LFS does not have a refractometer available at the moment.

Water Parameters are great. I think my tank is ready for the first batch of CUC!

The summer (dry) season is taking its toll on my tank.

I did not see a real ammonia spike. I believe the live rock and live sand I bought are well-cured and did not have many die offs. The highest ammonia reading I got (April 14) is 0.25ppm - 0.5ppm.

I did not see any nitrite spike too.
