Aquarium has been over fed and as a result of the over feeding the Blue Acura have a nest and are actively spawning. If this activity continues they will eventually kill the Jewel Cichlids.
The aquarium had been over fed so much that a bacteria film was built up on the glass. This is due to the bacteria running out of available space to grow. So definitely too much food is being added. Picture on file on.
There a lot of uneaten food on top of the sand. Picture on file. I syphoned out the majority.
I verbally instructed James and his assistant to fast the aquarium for one week to help limit the spawning. These fish are very healthy at the moment and fasting should not impact their health.

I forgot the LED fixture today and will be delivering it tomorrow around noon.

Several scratches I. The glass have algae growing in them and it cannot be cleaned with conventional means.
kH is extremely low. Several of the aquariums I’m carrying for are experiencing this issue.
Performing larger water change to help correct.

Aquarium has improved with new canister filter.
Fish are still not on a proper diet. Cichlids should not be fed goldfish food. A slow sinking Cichlid pellet should be adequate.
