First rule of aquariums, don't talk about how much you paid!!!! LOL. This was near 2K for this Miracles tank. 3/4" starfire glass on the front three viewable panels, vinyl background. If I could redo the tank, I would make the overflow external.

Sump

Custom Sump

I build my own acrylic sump (since its what I do!) It is a two part system. A taller refugium is on its own, and the skimmer/return have their own shallower sump. The refugium drains back into the return section of the sump. As this sump was one of my first projects, I will be rebuilding it soon. Want to change up the baffle heights, and layout a bit.

Lighting

400watt halide

Picked up used. 400 watts single ended bulb. I love the halides. It works! Corals grow good, and the light is an even color everywhere! No disco parties in my tank!!!

Reactor

BRS Deluxe Media Reactor

I used two singles, and made my own dual. It has a split and feeds each reactor seperatly. I didn't like that the flow went through one reactor, then to the next on their dual unit.
