not long after my last entry, disaster struck, in the early hours, while I was sleeping the glass cracked, I awoke to a water trickling sound, I could not believe what I was seeing, before my eyes I was watching a crack making its way down the tank. I grabbed some buckets and saved all my fish & corals, I set up a spare tank and tub and ran a filtration system threw them. It was a lot of work but after a few weeks I bought a new tank and had it all set up.since then I have lost interest in the hobby a bit and it shows, the tank looks crap. I will be getting a new skimmer tomorrow and will try and get the tank looking good again.

Craig from coral madness has put me on to a new product from ultimate aquacare, they have a range of products.
I am using there PO4 & No3 remover.
I will keep u posted, I am also starting a refugium, should b running in a week.
cant add videos from u-tube, keeps saying, Video link must start with http:// or https://.
but the link is fine.
1 week after stoping vodka dosing and I think some corals that have been looking sad, are coming back.
its taken 5 months for my shy redline to let me hand feed him.
my tank now, some corals have thrived others have not.
dropping vodka to 2ml daily, has not had much affect.
