Inhabitant
Mutated Anthelia sp. (Waving Hand)
When I set up my tank just over 3 months ago, one of the first coral added was this 2 1/2" disk of Anthelia Waving Hands. It has grown into a large colony and been very healthy. About a month ago I noticed the largest polyp in the center seem to be a mutation. As opposed to a single center node, this one had two. Also the polyp also had 14 leaved tentacles while all the others on the disk had the eight. This is not an altered video, and is just as it is growing in my tank. The reason it is so still is because I had just finished feeding some of the coral and it presented the ideal position to video. I have many other video's of the colony in water movement. Was wondering, if anyone else has seen this with their Anthelia sp.? I would love to be able to propagate this polyp but all the others on the mat are normal.

Moonlight Dance
It's been four months now with a Reef Tank, and such an enjoyable experience. Thought I would post up a video.
