Added two new SPS and two new zoa frag's two the 50 gallon. The one zoa frag came on a mussel and it looks to have one main type of zoa with possibly two types of morphs on it. They are all very beautiful. The zoa's are from a Vietnam shipment that Marshall's Crazy Corals brought in.
The two sps frags were named "Denim on Denim" and "Killer B". Everything was opening up and looking good by the end of the day. The two SPS frags were fresh cut so I mounted them on frag plugs and placed them on the frag rack to acclimate them to my MH lighting for while before permanently placing them in their spot on the rockwork.
Mounted the new sps frags
I picked up some sps frags from Marshall's Crazy Corals. Some were Indonesian colonies that he fresh cut for me and were unnamed. Of the fresh cuts from his Indonesian colonies included a Sunset Millepora. I did manage to purchase a nice size Red Dragon mounted frag that was mounted on a frag plug and came from another source. The total amount of SPS frags purchased was 5.
I also picked up a nice pink Flower Pot Coral and Orange Ricordia Florida.
Everything was dipped in CoralrX when we got home. I mounted the cut frags onto plugs and placed them on the frag rack. By the end of the day all the corals were already starting to open up and look good.
Purchased a 30 capacity frag rack and have it filled with the following frags: Cali Torts 5, Orange Setosa 4, Highlighter 5, Red Diablo 6, Red Planet 1, Turaki 1, Bonsai 1, Valida 2 and Pink Lemonade 2. Other frags include lots of Sympodium, plenty of green Ricordea and a few Utter Chaos frags.
