Introduction
I started in the reef hobby in the early nineties and got into fragging corals soon after, thanks to the information I was able to get from GARF.org. That was about the only website back at that time that offered "how to" articles on how to frag corals.
Lighting
The frag system consists of two tanks; a 50 gallon low boy which is lit by 2 Orphek OR3 Blue Plus LED light bars and metal halide lighting 250 DE 14k lighting. It is used mostly for SPS and some other LPS.
The other tank is a shallow plastic grow out tank for mostly zoas/palys. It is lit by a T5 light bar supplemented by a LED light bar with blue spectrum LED's.
