Added BRIGHTWELL FlorinAxis to help control diatoms.

Added 9 drops of BRIGHTWELL FlorinAxis to start solving the Diatom problem. Also installed a Phosphate Reducer Filter Pad in the HOB. Ugly brown diatoms are covering the rocks, substrate & surrounding tank walls. VERY VERY UGLY.
