BioPellets
The pellets had reduced down by around 150ml. I replenished the reactor with +/-150ml of fresh pellets.
Pellets depleted much faster than in than past and began to stick and clog preenting them from tumbling properly. Also experiencing a spike in No3 and PO4
Total dose is now approx. 300mL

BioPellets
The pellets had reduced down by around 210ml. I replenished the reactor with +/-110ml of fresh pellets.
I noticed some color variation in the pellets from the reactor. It looked like some had a brown or red tint to them. This is the fist time I've seen this.
Total dose is now approx. 310mL

New Refugium - Sandbed
installed a 4-5" deep sandbed in the new refugium. I used most of the old sand form the old smaller refugium after rinsing it, and about 25lbs of new sand

New Refugium
After removing the twin sumps, I installed the new 20gallon refugium. This increase total water volume by at least an addtioan 10 gallons over the old configuration and created about 16-18 gallons of volume dedicated to the refugium

Alkalinity
ALK continues to be low - but SPS growth is great. Near the bottom limits, so I'm going to bump the ALK up just a bit from 5.5 grams per day to 5.75 grams per day.

Growth
With NO3 levels way down and the new lighting. I'm seeing growth in the SPS corals I have not seen in this tank before. The Growth spurt also seems to coincided with the ALK drop, I?ve maintained much lower ALK level for a few weeks and it seems to be good.
Yellow Fiji Leather
Remove the Yellow Fiji Leather today. I want to take the tank in a different direction and go more SPS dominant. The leather has grown huge and is approximately 12"L x 8"W x 6"H when fully expanded. it came out with a large chunk of rock it was attached to.
