Water was cloudy upon arrival. No ammonia detected but water does smell foul. I believe the issue is in relation to the excessive food found at the bottom of the aquarium.
These animals require the best water quality and leftover food is ill advised.

Gill color is pinkish and I’d like to see a deeper red. Gills appear to be getting redder with the addition of new water.

Noticed some tail anomalies.
Fish may not do well in a cold water aquarium environment considering they are from warmer waters. Same goes for the shrimp.

Service refused due to ammonia. Aquarium is not done cycling. Instructions given were to use Seachem PRIME to control ammonia, and Seachem Stability to help with bacteria. Also suggested to get floating or stem plants to utilize ammonia and nitrites during this period. Proper lighting is important for photosynthesis.
