Aquarium was in horrible condition with black algae, detritus and mulm. Cleaned up as much as I could. Hopefully the new canister will help with water quality.

All sides of the glass are cleaned. Lots of detritus and mulm. Cleaned up as much as I could.

The canister filter is not pushing as much water as it should. Given it age, I recommend replacing the entire unit. This may help with the aquariums current state.

Aquarium is PetCo Clean. Aquarium will need continuous service to help illuminate the detritus and mulm. Any lapse in service will not help in removal.
The fish appear healthy.
