Was a toss-up between Red Sea Gyres and MP40s, but just the aesthetic of having no wires into the display tank wins every time. Can take a while to find the sweet spot. but once you do...no vibration at all.

I can say there were ok. But i didnt like the vibration when on 60 percent. Tunze stream 3 are better. noiseless. Love them. Not going back in any Ecotech products.

I'd probbaly give these 4.5 out of 5, if I could, but only becuase their design means you cannot direct them anywhere but straight. Nevertheless, it's a small price to pay for such a great pump. The flow is unrivalled. The current I have around my tank is incredible with two of these. The random flow patterns are exactly what I need to keep the fish, coral & water healthy.
