Out of boredom recently I decided to make a DIY protein skimmer, following the tutorial in the King of DIY's tutorial video. I was skeptical at first but after running it for a few days it's producing skimmate! It's running a bit wet so I need to fine tune it but I'm probably going to keep it going for a while.
