Yep. I used it. I know everyone said not to waste my money, but I have all dry rock and only the sand is live. I didn't want a 12 week cycle, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Well, it cycled really, really fast. Almost too fast. That's why I'm starting slow and only adding things that can handle it. If it re-cycles, I'll pull the clowns out and put them in my 6 gallon invert tank that is well cycled.

I was able to cut, chisel, and hammer this rock into the large structure you see on the left of my tank, and the pieces lining the back. It's very versatile, and does stack easily.

Initially started with this and have now used it up. I'm considering moving to a different salt that has a lower Alkalinity, as other reefers have reported issues with high alkalinity with the Reef Crystals. It also doesn't dissolve well, so that's another knock against it.
